With this application, please submit via email or post office the following requirements:

  1. A copy of your church’s Constitution and By Laws, if you have any.
  2. A copy of your church’s Statement of Faith, if you have one.
  3. A list of all the congregations under the leader ship of this church the leaders of each congregation and the Bible training each leader has.
  4. A list of the name of the active baptized believers presently in the church.
  5. A short history of the church.
  6. A copy of the minutes of an official meeting of your church in which you voted.
    1. That your church is in agreement with the ABCCOP Statement of faith and the ABCCOP Statement of Purpose and Distinctive as stated in the ABCCCOP By Laws.
    2. That your church is officially applying for membership in ABCCOP.
    3. That your church is willing to support ABCCOP both prayerfully and financially.
