MINISTRY BEGINNINGS Small beginnings of ABCCOP Publications owe its success to our very own forerunner, Christian Leadership Development Program (CLDP-1977 to 1987). In 1980, ABCCOP Publications was duly registered with Philippine Council for Print Media (PCPM) under certificate number SP2110. With the help of our partner mission, SEND International of the Philippines, some of basic materials for discipleship, evangelism and Sunday school teaching materials undergo improvements and revisions every now and then. By 1992, ABCCOP Publications had become a worthy ministry in its own right after much patient, effort and hard work. It now shoulders all its administrative work. MINISTRY GOALS G oing through experiences in the ministry, ABCCOP Publications focus its direction in fulfilling the tasks effectively.O ne of the tasks is overseeing the promotion and selling of ABCCOP Publications training materials in various churches, groups and bookstore outlets.Another task is to print and produce literature for ministry purposes which will be printed as original works of ABCCOP funded from profit of the sales materials. L astly, it is to participate in the development of leadership skills through training using the ABCCOP publications materials.Sustain our ministry. It will mean prayers, encouragement by giving us feedback, support by patronizing and using our materials, assistance in promoting and developing useful materials for the ministry. MINISTRY HIGHLIGHTS Training and developing leadership skills was evident in ABCCOP Publications ministry involvement for several years now. Two of them are DVBS teachers training seminars and ABCCOP Summer Impact (ASI) of which schedules took place during summer. Other training and seminars related to local church ministry are also an opportunity for ABCCOP Publications ministry to participate in development of leadership skills through training others (2 Timothy 2:2). It is important to emphasize that in line with the task of Great Commission, ABCCOP Publications has a unique role in helping and making harmony to fulfill the mission and vision of ABCCOP (The Community)... “Essentially impacting the nation and the world for his glory…”MINISTRY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT ABCCOP Publications gratefully acknowledges those who have labored in love for the purpose of helping the evangelical churches of the Philippines to bring the Gospel to the lost and to build up the faith of those who are members of the family of God.
